1. Create a customer account
If you have a registered customer account with us or wish to create one, we recommend that you log in to it before completing your subscription purchase, in this way you can link your subscription to your customer account with us and manage your subscriptions more easily.
If you do not want to create a customer account with us, you will receive an email from us before each subsequent subscription order containing a link from which you can manage your subscriptions.
2. Select your product
On the product page, select the product you wish to subscribe to. Then click on Subscribe & Save 20%.
You will then have the opportunity to choose your order interval, ie. how often you want the product delivered based on your needs and/or our recommendations. Then add the product you want to subscribe to in the shopping cart.
4. Go to the checkout
When checking out, you fill in your contact information just like with a regular one-off purchase. Please note that for active subscription orders we only have credit card available as a payment method, as the payment is automatically deducted for each subsequent subscription order. If you have received a gift card, you can use this for your first subscription, then you need to go in and update your payment information for future orders.
5. Order and delivery confirmation
After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation and a subscription email containing information that a new subscription has been created and registered in our systems.
If you have not received a confirmation of your subscription, please check your spam or contact us and we will help you.
You will then receive a delivery confirmation informing you that your subscription order has been sent.
6. Continued deliveries according to your preferences
After your first order, your next order will automatically be shipped and paid according to your selected order interval. You always have the option to change, pause or end your subscription. Before each next order, a reminder is sent three days before so that you have the opportunity to make any adjustments.
